Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) A perusal of the record demonstrates that no appeal was filed by the petitioner against the order that was passed by the prescribed authority on 23.11.2024. Rather the appeal was filed only against the subsequent order that was passed by the prescribed authority on 16.12.2024, which order just supplemented the main order that was filed in the election petition on 23.11.2024. Thus, it is evident from the original record that has been produced by the learned Additional Advocate General of the appeal filed under 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:23709 Section 181(2) of the Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, that the same was filed against order dated 16.12.2024 only. 2.
