Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2) The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court on 08.11.2024 and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have co-operated in the investigation. 3) On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Mererchar Police Station Case No.50/2024 and has submitted that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and the statement has already been recorded. 4) In view of the fact that the petitioners have complied with the directions of this Court and have co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to both the petitioners by order dated 08.11.2024 by this Court is hereby made absolute. 5) This anticipatory bail application is accordingly disposed of.
