Heard Mr. Sharique Ahmed, learned Counsel for the revisionists and Mr. Kundan Rai, learned Counsel for opposite party no.2. 2. The instant revision has been filed with a prayer to set aside the impugned order dated 06.03.2020, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kannauj in Sessions Trial No. 92 of 2017, State v. Rifakat and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 901 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Gursaiganj, District Kannauj. 3. Learned Counsel for the revisionists informed the Court that during the pendency of this revision, the revisionists and opposite party no.2 have entered into compromise and have amicably settled their dispute and further both the parties have withdrawn criminal and civil litigation pending before different Courts. Therefore, this revision has become infructuous and they do not want to press this revision. 4. Learned Counsel for the opposite party no.2 as well as learned A.G.A have not disputed the aforesaid facts. 5. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as infructuous.
