Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by State of H.P. & Ors. Vs. Surajmani & Ors.2 Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has a filed representations on 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents/competent authority for the redressal of his grievance raised in this writ petition. Having regard to the above submissions, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and in terms of the above decision, within a period of six weeks from today.
