Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to the interim bail granted earlier by this Court in favour of the petitioners, they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and their statements were recorded by police. 2. I have heard Ms. A. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3. After considering the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners have been co-operating with the Investigating Officer. Therefore, the petitioners do not deserve to be detained in custody. 4. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioners is allowed. 5.
