The present petition has been filed with prayer for directions to the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to demolish/removal of the dangerous building situated in Block-B, Baba Colony, falling in Khasra no. 92/11/2, 20, 21/1, 93/15/2, 16 and 25/1, Village Burari, Delhi, owned by respondent no. 4. 2. A Status Report dated 29th August, 2025 has been filed on behalf of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), which reads as under: This is a digitally signed order.
