Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed CrI.M.P. No.807 of 2025 in CrI.M.P. No.756 of 2025 in CrI.M.P. No.43 of 2021 in C.C. No.2 of 2022. The petitioner is the representative of M/s. Balaji Trust and is arrayed as Accused No.2 in C.C. No.2 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Special Judge for the Trial of CBI/SPE Cases at Visakhapatnam. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner, who is aged about 83 years, intended to travel to Thailand to meet his son from 16.06.2025 to 25.06.2025 and further from 25.06.2025 to 02.07.2025. Initially, permission was granted to the petitioner to travel from 16.06.2025 to 25.06.2025. Thereafter, a petition was filed seeking extension of travel from 25.06.2025 to 02.07.2025. However, the learned Special Judge dismissed the said petition on the ground that the petitioner did not reveal any valid reason for seeking extension of travel from 25.06.2025 to 02.07.2025. The said order is now under challenge. 4. Considering the age of the petitioner, the order passed by the learned Principal Special Judge for the Trial of CBI/SPE Cases at Visakhapatnam in Crl.M.P.No.807 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.756 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.No.43 of 2021 in C.C.No.2 of 2022 is hereby set aside. The petitioner is permitted to travel till 02.07.2025, subject to the petitioner complying with the conditions imposed, by executing a personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties and also filing a copy of itinerary particulars, stay particulars, contact particjol^rs, and e-mail ID 3 before the learned Principal Special Judge for the Trial of CBI/SPE Cases Visakhapatnam. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already complied with the conditions imposed by the Court while granting permission for the initial travel period. In these circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to travel till 02.07.2025. at 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
