Heard Sri Mohammad Aslam Beg, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Yogesh Kumar Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of present writ petition the petitioner has prayed for direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Unnao to implement/record the order dated 08.06.2023, passed in mutation case No. 31/36/42/48/45/63/2023 - Prithviraj Vs. Estate Bhagwan Buksh in the revenue record/current khatauni fasli year in pursuance to the Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1954. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that order dated 08.06.2023 has been subjected to revision before the Deputy Director of Consolidation and it is for this reason that the order passed under Rule 109 of the Consolidation of Holdings Rules, has not been complied with. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case Deputy Director of Consolidation, Unnao is directed to decide Revision No. 561 filed on 05.08.2025 - Ajay Pal Singh Vs. Smt. Kewla, expeditiously. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to above prayer. 6. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 1 - Deputy Director of Consolidation, Unnao to proceed to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Mohammad Aslam Beg Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Kewala @ Kamla Devi .....Petitioner(s) Deputy Director Of Consolidation, Unnao And 11 Others .....Respondent(s) decide Revision No. 561 filed on 05.08.2025 - Ajay Pal Singh Vs. Smt. Kewla, expeditiously, say within six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 7.
