Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21370 of 2024 dated 03.09.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.16044 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21370 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is relaxed. 4.
