Sri Satyanshu Ojha, Advocate, has put in appearance by way of filing Vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 1 and the same is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Satyanshu Ojha,learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following main reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 24.09.2025, 03.10.2025, 06.10.2025 annexed as Annexure No. 1 to instant writ petition expeditiously, within a time-bound frame, in accordance with law; (II)Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the respondents to regarding reinstate of working service petitioners." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted the representation on 06-10-2025 before the opposite party no. 1/Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumar Ganj, Ayodhya and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners within the stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 1/Vice Chancellor, Acharya Narendra Dev University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumar Ganj, Ayodhya, is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 06-10-2025 within a period of six weeks, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
