This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.0083/2024, under Section 364 I.P.C., Police Station Bhira, District Lakhimpur Kheri. 4. This Court had passed the following order on 08.04.2024:- "Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 26.02.2024 bearing Case Crime No.0083 of 2024, under Section 364 I.P.C., Police Station Bhira, District-Lakhimpur-Kheri. The contents of the F.I.R. at this stage show that the petitioner got the person to get a job in the Dhaba from where he is missing and the petitioner has no role and even the missing person's age is not clear who could also be a minor. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nazmul Hasan, Shivangi Kapoor, Sonam Kumari Thapa Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Arvind Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Home Lko. And Others .....Respondent(s) Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted three weeks' time to complete his instructions also with regard to the investigation, if any, made by the Police. List this case immediately after three weeks. " 5. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.10.2025 received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Bhira, District Kheri, submits that in this matter Final Report No.41/2024 dated 13.09.2024 has been forwarded to the Court, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
