Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. By means of the instant application, the applicant has most respectfully prayed for a direction to the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the criminal trial of S.T. No. 152 of 2015 (State Versus Himaytullah & Others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0057 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504 & 506 of the I.P.C. lodged at Police Station- Jaitpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar, expeditiously as within stipulated periods, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2015. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned S.T.
