(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.559 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 309(4), 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kotwali Gangnahar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, has already been granted bail; in the instant case, no test identification parade was conducted. 4. These facts are admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
