On specific query by this Court, Mr. Vishal Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of the prosecutrix has not been recorded. Faced with such situation, he further submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present bail application and the trial court be directed to record the statement of the prosecutrix within some stipulated period of time. 2. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of and the learned trial court is requested to ensure that the statement of the prosecutrix is recorded as expeditiously as possible, if possible, within eight weeks from the date copy of this order is made available to the learned trial court.
