The factual matrix of the case is that the claim of the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana is pending before the National Insurance Company since the year 2023. In the light of the same, we direct the respondent no.3/National Insurance Company Limited to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order upon the claim of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a true attested copy of the instant order. In the event the petitioner is entitled to the amount of insurance, the same shall be paid expeditiously to the petitioner. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
