The petitioner could not dispute, during the course of hearing, that presently the land is recorded as natham land, which is clearly available for grant of patta. In support of the bald allegation that the land was wrongly classified as natham land, no material has been placed before this court to the effect that earlier, at any point of time, the land was recorded as pasture land. 3.
