Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned AGA and perused the record. 2. By means of this application, the applicants have prayed for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.150731 of 2017, Saheena Khatoon Vs. Riyaz and others, as well as the orders dated 11.07.2025 and the summoning order dated 03.10.2024 passed by the courts below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants would like to file an application for discharge under the provisions of Cr.P.C., to which learned counsel for the State, does not have any objection. 4. Accordingly, the applicants are granted liberty to file an application for discharge in conformity with the provisions of Cr.P.C., within a period of two weeks from today. After the said application is filed, learned trial court is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six weeks thereafter. The applicants are also granted liberty to appear through their counsel. Till expiry of eight weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants. 5.
