GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following order: The petitioners claim that they are in possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.98 cents and 0.65 cents in Sy.Nos.180/3 & 180/5 of Aripaka Village, Sabbaravaram Mandal Visakhapatnam District. In recognition of the same, their names were mutated in the revenue records and they were also issued pattadar passbooks and title deed after conducting due enquiry. It is further case of the petitioners that the 4th and 5th respondents, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law, are trying to interfere with their possession over the subject land. Questioning the said action, the present Writ Petition is filed. 2. This Court by order dated 12.02.2021, directed the respondents to maintain status-quo. In view of same, instead of keeping the writ petition pending, this Court is feels it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with the following direction: “The respondents are directed not to dispossess the petitioners from the lands admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.98 cents and 0.65 cents in Sy.Nos.180/3 & 180/5 of Aripaka Village, 3 Sabbaravaram Mandal Visakhapatnam District, except in accordance with law.” 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
