In this application, the prayer sought is to give permission to the AG & OT to donate a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) for feeding food to the devotees who attend the Guru Pooja Vizha of Sirapuli Nayanar at Sri Thandhoniswarar Temple, Akkur, Nagapattinam District, which is stated to be conducted on 24.11.2025. 3. The learned AG & OT submits that, one of the objects of the Trust of Raja Sri Ramaswamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust is to feed the poor, therefore, in order to fulfill one of the prime objects of the Trust, every year, such permission is granted to an extent of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) to the AG & OT to be drawn and to be transferred to the concerned account for the purpose of feeding food to the devotees during the Temple festival. 4. During the yesteryears, that is on 27.11.2022, 15.12.2023 and 04.12.2024, such permissions have been granted by the predecessors. Page No.1 of 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis following orders: (i) That the AG & OT is permitted to donate a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) by availing a sum of Rs.68,933/- from the accumulation fund that relate to 2020-21 and the remaining Rs.31,067/- from cash on hand to “Akkur Sirapuli Nayanar Annadhana Committee” by transferring the money to its savings bank bearing A/c.No.500101012054716, City Union Bank, Sembanorkoil Branch, Main Road, Sembanorkoil, Nagapattinam District, Pin Code – 609 301, IFSC Code: CIUB0000018, MICR Code:609054004, from and out of the funds of Raja Sir Ramaswamy Mudaliar Choultry Trust Estate for feeding food to the devotees who attend the Guru Pooja Vizha of Sirapuli Nayanar at Sri Thandhoniswarar Temple, Akkur, Nagapattinam District, for the event to be held on 24.11.2025. 5.
