Meanwhile, new notification has been issued by the State of Chhattisgarh on 15.05.2019 by inserting amendment in Schedule-III of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Training (Non-Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2014 whereby a note has been put which states that on completion of five years of service, the cases of probationers can be considered for confirmation. 3) Given the said amended provision where the services of probationers can be confirmed on completion of five years of service, this Court is of the opinion that the matter can be disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the recent amended provisions i.e. notification dated 15.05.2019 for regularization/confirmation. 4) Let the respondent authorities consider the case of the petitioner and a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5) With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
