HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 12228 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed challenging alleged order dated 02.01.2025. 3. Mr. Ashwani Kumar Singh Rathore, learned State Counsel for opposite parties has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of this petition in view of the fact that alleged order dated 02.01.2025 is in fact only a report submitted in pursuance of letter dated 22.08.2024 requiring information with regard to dues of petitioner. It is submitted that as of now, no directions have been issued for recovery or adverse to petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner could not satisfy this Court as to whether any specific directions have been issued by the authorities adverse to petitioner. Even otherwise, from perusal of impugned letter dated Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Vikas Sharma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ramesh Prakash Dixit .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Panchayat Raj Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) 02.01.2025, it appears that only an information has been supplied to authority concerned pertaining to dues of petitioner. 5. In view of aforesaid, petition is clearly premature and is therefore dismissed as misconceived. Liberty is however granted to petitioner to approach this Court if any orders adverse to him are passed by the authorities. October 16, 2025 lakshman WRIA No. 12228 of 2025 2 (Manish Mathur,J.)
