HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 11567 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 19.03.2025 whereby he has been transferred to Kunda. Relieving order dated 19.09.2025 has also been challenged. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that prior to passing of the order, he had submitted an application seeking his transfer on the ground that he was being issued a life threat by a certain person, but subsequently since the said person was booked under U.P. Considering aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner and in view of the changed circumstances, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before opposite party No.3, i.e., Chief Revenue Officer, District Pratapgarh, who shall consider and decide petitioner's grievance and withdrawal of his consent for transfer, expeditiously, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
