This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.149/2021 registered at Police Station Phulera, Jaipur Rural for offences under Sections 420, 406 & 504 of IPC. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted the factual report dated 27.08.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per the report dated 27.08.2025, the charges against petitioner No.1-Madanlal Kumawat were found to be proven and charge-sheet for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 & 504 of IPC was submitted before the trial Court against him in [2025:RJ-JP:35929] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4297/2021] the year 2021. The charges against petitioner No.2-Suresh Kumar were not found to be proven. 4. Vide order dated 20.08.2025, office was directed to call for the latest report with regard to the stage of trial pending before the trial Court. In compliance of order dated 20.08.2025, a letter No.465 dated 28.08.2025 has been sent by Senior Civil Judge and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sambhar Lake, District Jaipur, wherein, it is stated that the matter is fixed for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. on the next date of hearing i.e., 10.09.2025. 5.
