And 6 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rahul Singh,Ranjeet Asthana Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Rameshwar Prasad Shukla Hon'ble Manish Kumar Nigam,J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that so far as the petitioner nos. 1, 3 to 7 are concerned, they may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition. 2. In view of the above, the writ petition on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 & 3 to 7, is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3. This writ petition is entertained only on behalf of petitioner no. 2 (Dasai S/o Basantu). 4. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, on the ground that consolidation operations are going on and therefore, the proceeding is not maintainable. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the petitioner can take this ground in his objections in the pending proceedings and no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objections taking the plea of jurisdiction or any other plea which may be available to the petitioner. 8. In case, objections are filed by the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 shall consider and decide the objections of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the opposite parties and giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
