Counter affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 28.8.2024 passed by the Superintendent of Police, district Pratapgarh by means of which the order has been passed under Regulation 231 of the U.P. Police Regulations for stopping the surveillance of the petitioner in pursuance of the history-sheet. 4. Thus, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 5. Dismissed accordingly.
