Heard learned Advocate Mr Dudhate for the Applicant and learned Advocate Mr Shaikh for the Respondent. 2. This is an Application praying for condonation delay of a period of 236 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application, which arises out of judgment and order dated 22 July 2024, passed by the Family Court, Aurangabad. 3. With the assistance of the learned Advocates for the parties, I have perused the Application for condonation of delay. It appears from the averments in the Application and submissions made 2025:BHC-AUG:20700 2147.25crapln (2) across the bar that the delay has been appropriately explained and sufficient cause is made out. Learned Advocate for the Respondent has opposed the said Application. 4. However, as observed above, in the given situation, the Court is inclined to allow this Application in the interest of substantive justice. Hence, following order is passed :- ORDER Criminal Application No.2147/2025 is Allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The Application is Disposed of. 5.
