Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.151 of 2025 under section 80(2) BNS (304-B IPC) 85, BNS (498-A IPC), 351(3) BNS (506 IPC) and section 3/4 DP Act, P.S. Banthara, District Lucknow. 3. It is argued that the father in law was enlarged on bail by this court vide order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Bail Application No.8563 of 2025. The applicant herein is the mother in law. 4. Considering and adopting the same reasoning as recorded in the order dated 09.10.2025, the applicant who has no criminal history and is in custody since 09.04.2025 is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Seema Rani be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to her furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Arun Sinha, Ram Chandra Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
