This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 05.01.2024 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Harraiya District Basti /respondent no. 3 in case no. 5777 of 2023 (Computerized case no. T20231740105777 Gaon Sabha Versus Shyam Sunder Under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (annexure no. 1 to this writ petition). b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities not to demolish the house of the petitioner situated at Village Haidrabad Tehsil Harraiya District Basti." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against an order under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Harriya, District Basti, the petitioner filed an appeal which has been allowed during the pendency of the present writ petition and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
