According to the applicant, the first respondent is carrying on business under the name and style of M/s.RR Film Makers at Adambakkam, which is situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Upon considering the averments in the draft plaint and the affidavit, it appears that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
