Betala for the applicant Binod Kumar Surana who has filed this application for modification/alteration/rectification of the order dated 23.07.2024 passed by this Court in connection with Crl.Pet No. 837/2024. 2. The appellant has filed this application stating that in the order dated 23.07.2024, passed by this Court in connection with Crl.Pet. No. 837/2024, a typographical error has crept up in Para-5 and para-11 of the order. It is submitted that instead of typing ‘complaint’, the word ‘contempt’ was typed in the 4th line of paragraph No. 5 and in the 1st line of paragraph No. 11. 4. After considering the submissions at the Bar, this application is allowed for correction of the word. The word ‘complaint’ is to be typed in the 4th line of paragraph No. 5 and in the 1st line of paragraph No. 11 of the order dated 23.07.2024 in connection with Crl.Pet. No. 837/2024. The word ‘contempt’ in the respective paragraphs to be deleted. 5. This order will also form a part of the order dated 23.07.2024 in connection with Crl.Pet. No. 837/2024. 6.
