Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, Advocate, submits that he has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 & 2 in the registry of this court. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties no. 1 & 2 and perused the record. Instant writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs :- "I. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite parties to pay the arrear of difference salary in terms of 7th pay commission in between w.e.f. 01-01-2016 up to April, 2018 to the petitioner. II. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite parties to pay the arrear of ACP (Assured Career Progression) to the petitioner. III. Issue a writ or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite parties to consider and decide the representation-dated-01-09-2025 which is contained as Annexure No. 12 to this writ petition." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation on 01- 09-2025 before the opposite party no. 1/The Nagar Ayukt(Municipal Commissioner)Nagar Nigam, Lucknow and the same is pending consideration. He further submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar Vishwakarma Counsel for Respondent(s) : Namit Sharma Arvind .....Petitioner(s) The Nagar Ayukt (Municipal Commissioner) Nagar Nigam Lko. And Another .....Respondent(s) representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period of time, as may be fixed by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties no. 1 & 2 has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, the opposite party no. 1/The Nagar Ayukt(Municipal Commissioner)Nagar Nigam, Lucknow, is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 01-09-2025 within a period of two months, in accordance with law, from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
