The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has also repossessed the vehicle from the respondent. A report filed by the Advocate Commissioner also confirms the same. The Advocate Commissioner was paid an initial remuneration of Rs.30,000/-. The applicant is directed to pay an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- to the Advocate Commissioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 3. Since the vehicle has been repossessed and since the respondents have been set exparte by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.
