HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 1604 of 2024 Court No. - 10 HON'BLE RAJNISH KUMAR, J. HON'BLE ZAFEER AHMAD, J. 1. Case called out. 2. None is present on behalf of the petitioners as well as on behalf of the complainant, whereas learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 3. This Court had passed the following order on 05.03.2024:- "Vakalatnama filed by Sri Govind Yadav on behalf of opposite party no. 5-informant today is taken on record. Copy of the compromise is on record, according to which, now the informant says that no such incident took place, if it is so, then it is a serious matter as in the FIR very serious allegations have been made but if no such incident had taken place then it is a case of lodging false FIR thereby wasting time not only of the Police but also of the Court in this petition. Apparently, this is nothing but playing tricks with the process of law. Let the Police concerned enquire/investigate the matter and inform the Court about the correct facts. In the meantime, the parties may bring on record the original compromise, if they are in possession of it. List/put up this case on 2.4.2024 as fresh. Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dinesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A., Govind Yadav Arpit @ Arpit Patel And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Secy. Home Deptt. Govt. Of U.P. In the meantime, the Police shall not interfere in appearance of the petitioner no. 2 in the Intermediate Examination scheduled on 7.3.2024 but only till then. The Police shall also see as to whether the alleged compromise is under some pressure, monetary or otherwise as the girl appears to belong to a poor family and the allegations in the FIR are serious. " 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that charge sheet has been forwarded in this matter on 04.10.2024 to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Krishna Nagar, Lucknow, therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.
