In the present writ petition, the grievance being raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner is entitled for deemed promotion to the post of Sub-Divisional Officer w.e.f. the date the juniors were promoted. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the respondents have passed a speaking order on 22.02.2024, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-15 where, the relief being claimed by the petitioner has already been extended to the similarly situated employees hence, the respondents HARSHA RANI 2025.03.26 13:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CM-14529-CWP-2024 in/and CWP-3264-2022 2 are under an obligation to consider the claim of the petitioner as well on the same analogy as adopted while passing the order dated 22.02.2024 (Annexure P-15). 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner will also be considered in accordance with law and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by keeping in mind the speaking order dated 22.02.2024 (Annexure P-15) and in case, it is found that the petitioner is similarly situated as the employees to whom the relief has been granted in the speaking order dated 22.02.2024 (Annexure P-15), the relief will also be granted to the petitioner otherwise due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order to be passed for not accepting the claim of the petitioner, which order will be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5.
