Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shani Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State- opposite parties No.1 to 3. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite party No.4 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioners have assailed the impugned FIR dated 08.08.2024 bearing FIR/Case Crime No.162 of 2024, under Sections 87/351 (3) of B.N.S. 2023, Police Station- Kumarganj, District- Ayodhya, which is contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. 4. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners has requested that the petitioners may be given liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law and direction may be issued to decide the same with expedition. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue and considering the aforesaid innocuous request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are permitted to file anticipatory bail application before the competent court of law within a period of three weeks from today and if the anticipatory bail application is filed within the aforesaid stipulated time, the same may be disposed of on its own merit, strictly in accordance with law. 6.
