HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 6336 of 2025 Court No. - 12 HON'BLE PANKAJ BHATIA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.35 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 351(3), 103(1), 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Sairpur, District Lucknow. 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the applicant that the main accused have been enlarged on bail by this Court and subsequently, the co-accused Mohit Mishra has been enlarged on bail on the ground that main accused have already been enlarged on bail. It is also argued that the applicant has a criminal history of one case, which is minor in nature. 4. Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the bail prayer. 5. Considering the fact that the main accused have been enlarged on bail and the fact that the applicant is languishing in jail since 25.03.2025, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. 6.
