Case No. 137 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 21(a), 21(b), 22(a), 22(b) of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum- Special Judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribag. 3. It was submitted that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons were apprehended by Bara Bazar Police and about 10.40 grams of brown sugar and cash were recovered from possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, NDPS Act, Hazaribag, in connection with Sadar (Bara bazar) P.S.
