Chistie, learned counsel for the respondents, has furnished a Communication dated 5th March, 2020 written by the Deputy Secretary to the Government of Assam, Secondary Education Department and addressed to the Accountant General (A & E), Assam, whereby sanction was accorded for an amount of Rs.18,14,110/- for payment of arrear salary in respect of the petitioner. A Drawal Certificate is also annexed to the said communication issued by the Principal, Debiram Pathsala Higher Secondary School, Nalbari. After considering the Communication dated 5th March, 2020 and the Drawal Certificate issued by the Principal, Debiram Pathsala Higher Secondary School, Nalbari, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondents have complied with the directions passed by this Court.
