Heard Shri Anil Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant petition has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :- "(1) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of HABEAS CORPUS commanding to opposite party no.-2, 3 and 4 to produce the detenues /petitioners before this Hon'ble Court and detenues/petitioner no.-1 and 2 set free as their wishes from illegal detention and this Hon'ble Court may also kindly grant visitation rights to mother Nandini Chaturvedi regarding petitioner no.-3." On account of some formal defects crept in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners as per rules.
