Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that an FIR bearing Case Crime No.0453 of 2016 under section 147, 323, 504,506, 452 I.P.C. P.S. Khutahan, District - Jaunpur was lodged by the applicant on 28.8.2016. Charge-sheet in the aforesaid case was submitted against the accused persons under section 147, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C. and the court took cognizance on the charge-sheet on 10.11.2022. Accused persons were summoned by the order dated 10.11.2022. A discharge application was filed by the accused persons and the said discharge application is still pending. Due to which, the trial in the said case has been halted. Therefore, learned counsel prays that the learned trial court be directed to decide the discharge application as expeditiously as possible and to commence the trial. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the trial court/Magistrate concerned is directed to decide the discharge application(s) filed by the respondents/accused within two months from the date of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Akhilesh Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Sunita .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) production of a certified copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
