When this case was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Advocate General pointed out that the petitioners, in terms of the address given in the memo of parties, are residing in village Deepakheri, P.O. Jandhera, Samaspur, District Saharanpur, (UP) and if allegedly any threat has been given to them by respondent No.4, then, the same obviously has been given at Saharanpur and no cause of action has accrued to them in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Police of Himachal is searching for the petitioners. If that is the case, then obviously, someone might have filed some complaint against the petitioners and to overcome the same, the petitioners cannot be allowed to invoke the writ jurisdiction.
3.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable before this Court, but with liberty to the petitioners that, if they so desire, they may approach the appropriate Fora in the State, where they are residing.
