Heard Smt. Sandhya U. Prabhu, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Vignesh S.Shetty, learned counsel for respondent. 3. The limited prayer of the petitioner is, seeking extension of time period stipulated by the Debts Recovery Tribunal for deposit of the amount. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the first chunk has been deposited and - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:10361 WP No. 7276 of 2025 in between the period of first and the second installments, there was a grief in the family as the petitioner’s wife is suffering from cancer and the amount as directed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal could not be made. Therefore, if another four weeks time is granted to comply with the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the amount in its entirety would be made. 4. The prayer of the petitioner merits acceptance. Therefore, four more weeks time is granted from today, to comply with the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal in its entirety. 5.
