This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No.279/2025 registered at Police Station Karni Vihar, District Jaipur (West), for the offences under Sections 61(2), 62, 318(4), 319(2), 336(3) and 340(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/10 of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means In Recruitment) Act and Section 3(V)(XV)/10 of the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the age of the petitioner is 19 years and his future is likely effected. It is also contended that there is no criminal antecedents against the petitioner. He is behind the bars since [2025:RJ-JP:22972] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-6972/2025] 04.05.2025 and the allegation is only with regard to commit attempt to forge document and affecting the exam by dummy candidate is also not against the petitioner. Conclusion of the trial will take long time, hence the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State has opposed the bail application. 4. Taking into consideration the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the arguments advanced by counsel for both the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5. Accordingly, this bail application is hereby allowed. The accused-petitioner-Sanjay Choudhary S/o Sohanlal, shall be released on bail in pursuance of FIR No.279/2025 registered at Police Station Karni Vihar, District Jaipur (West), on furnishing personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court. That apart, the accused-petitioner shall also follow the conditions as under:- (i). He shall not tamper with any evidence, nor would influence the witnesses in the case. (ii). He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. (iii). He shall co-operate in the trial and shall attend each and every date of hearing in the trial, until and unless his presence is exempted by the trial Court. (ANAND SHARMA (V.
