Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the directions in the nature of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take an appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent on 30.05.2019. 3. According to the averments made in the writ petition, pursuant to the notification of the 3rd respondent, the petitioner participated in the selection process and he was appointed as book lifter vide appointment letter dated 14.05.2012 and subsequently the petitioner joined his duties on 15.05.2012 and discharged his duties to the utmost satisfaction of the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent after selection has forwarded proposals to the 2nd respondent on 18.02.2012 for approval and to pass appropriate orders as per Rules. Despite receipt of the said proposals as communicated on 30.05.2019, the 2nd respondent has not acted upon. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions and on perusal of the records, without going into merits of the case, the present writ petition is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Adarsh Singh, Indra Raj Singh, Kailash Nath Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Ram Ashish Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) disposed of with the directions to the 2nd respondent to consider proposals sent by the 3rd respondent on 30.05.2019 and pass appropriate orders as per Rules within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
