It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application that notice to 4th and 5th respondents were returned as “Unclaimed”; despite taking effective steps to serve notice in the abvoe suit, to the newly impleaded defendants 5 and 6, they have not appeared either in person or through counsel and were set exparte on 03.09.2025 and therefore, it is just and necessary to take up substituted service by way of paper publication in order to afford fair opportunity to the parties to appear before this court. 3. In view of the above submission, this petition is ordered.
