2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :
“It is, therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned
order dated 31-01-2018 (Annexure P-1) and be pleased to pass an order to maintain the order dated 04-02-2013 (Annexure P-2), in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to participate in the proceedings, as the matter has been remanded by the competent Court. Therefore, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
