By way of instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following substantive relief:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner from his present place of posting i.e. office of Resident Engineer, Bhaba Power House Division, HPSEBL, Bhabanagar, District Kannuar, H.P. (tribal area) to one of the stations of his choice as mentioned in para-4 supra as well as Annexure P-1, as per clause 16.1 of the Transfer Policy, within a time bound period.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. The case of the petitioner is that he has already completed his normal tenure in a tribal area and has become entitled for transfer to one of the stations of his choice in terms of the Transfer Policy adopted by the respondent- HPSEBL. Petitioner is stated to have filed his representation, Annexure P-1, which has not been decided till date. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-1, dated 05.07.2025 within three weeks from today strictly in terms of the transfer policy adopted by the respondent-HPSEBL. 5.
