Mr. Virender Singh, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. The instant petition has been filed for following substantive reliefs:- (i). That the directions may kindly be issued to the respondent Corporation to pay the amount of Gratuity (DCRG) and Leave Encashment alongwith interest @ 9% per annum to the petitioner w.e.f. due date i.e. 01.02.2024 till the date of its realization, keeping in view the judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court in C.W.P. 3050/2014 titled as Nek Ram Versus State of H.P. and other, Annexure P-3. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. ( 2025:HHC:28515 ) 2 (ii). That the respondent No.1 may kindly be directed to decide the representation dated 01.06.2025, Annexure P-4, within time bound manner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the issue arisen in the instant petition has already been settled by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 17.07.2024 passed in CWP No.3050 of 2014 titled as Nek Ram vs. State of Himchal Pradesh and others. He submits that the petitioner has already made a representation dated 01.06.2025 to the competent authority and he will be satisfied, at this stage, in case the competent authority i.e. respondent No.1 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner, in terms of judgment in Nek Ram (supra). 4. The prayer being innocuous is allowed. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner Annexure P-4 within a period of eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order, strictly in terms of judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in CWP No.3050 of 2014 titled as Nek Ram vs. State of Himchal Pradesh and others. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is found similarly situated to the petitioner in CWP No.3050 of 2014, she shall be given all the benefits as ( 2025:HHC:28515 ) 3 have been granted to the petitioner in CWP No.3050 of 2014 within a further period of four weeks. 5.
