Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. The claim of the petitioner is that even though the 2^^ respondent submitted his report dated 18.4.2025 for granting ‘NOC’ by the respondent to the petitioner institution for getting approval from the Pharmacy Counsel of India, affiliation for establishment of new Branch of Diploma in Pharmacy, but 3. 3 SO far, the 1®* respondent has not issued NOC to enable the petitioner getting further approval from the Pharmacy Counsel of India. Hence, the Writ Petition. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for the respondents, submits that, pending writ petition, the 1®* respondent issued Memo bearing 4. No.2797609 /TE/2025, dated 26.06.2025, granting NOC to the petitioner’s institution for the academic year 2025-26 for granting new Branch of Diploma The relevant portion is extracted in Pharmacy in respect of 60 seats. hereunder: “2. The Director of Technical Education, A.P, Mangalagiri in the reference 2"^ cited above, has submitted the inspection report along with recommendations on feasibility for starting a new D. Pharmacy course in S.V School of Pharmacy, Puttur, Tirupathi District and the details are show in below table: Requested variation for the A. Y 2025-26 (Request) Recommended intake 2025- 2026 Name of the program/Branch/Course Sanctioned intake for the A. Y 2024-25 (existing) SI. No. 60 (NEW) 60 (NEW) 0 Diploma in Pharmacy 1 Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to the Director of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, for issuign No Objection Certificate (NOC) to S.V School of Pharmacy, Puttur, Tirupathi District for starting a new D. Pharmacy course for the A. Y. 2025-26. ” 3. 4 Having considered the submissions of both the counsel and on perusal 5. of the written instructions of the respondents, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner i.e. for grant of ‘NOC’ is addressed by the 1®^ respondent and issued the same by way of ‘Memo’ dated 26.6.2025. In view of the redressal of the claim of the petitioner by the respondents, 6. no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by observing the same as 7. mentioned above. There shall be no order as to costs.
