On the previous date the matter was heard at length and the time was granted to the State counsel to get instructions whether the brother of the victim is a prosecution witness in the chargesheet or not. 4. Today learned Brief Holder Mrs. Meenakshi Sharma placed before this court the chargesheet wherein the brother of the victim was shown to be as a prosecution witness. 5. Apart from this, statement of the brother of the victim is also placed before this court and I perused the same. 6. After gone through with the reports, learned counsel for the applicant requests that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application. 7.
